I have access to the Smartphone app and enter the exact user and password as online and I get a message stating wrong name or password. What can I check to remedy this? Has the trials ended?

John Michael Kane, the subscription would not affect logging into the account. Please check that there are no spaces before and after the email and password and try again. Thank you! Otherwise, we can try to reset your password and then you can try again.

Anton SF I didn't know there was an Update to the App. I updated it just now and then was able to Login just fine. THANKS!

Maeva Buades, yes, the Glowing IC Pad does not generate sound, only magnetic and light waves. You can use this Audible IC also with regular headphones.

Parastoo Nasr I use it before I imprint any other frequency as well. It's just wonderful! My clients feel it makes every bottle better.

Angelika Pfeifer, if you imprint one IC and later another the first one will be partially overwritten by the last one. But also, imprinting water first with something like this IC or Schumann Resonance 7.83Hz (5 mins) would help to clean with from other environmental imprints.

Anton SF I don't understand that correctly; so you do NOT recommend adding this IC in the same water first and then, for example, the IC "DETOX", as reported in the main article?

Angelika Pfeifer, it can be done as Renee do it (imprint this first and then imprint something else). But in that way it will work as a Imprint cleaner and have just partial effect if you imprint something else on top. Overall our recommendation to imprint all ICs you want to have in water as a complex in all at once mode.
