I feel fully hydrated and nourished from using this complex. I drink this through out the day through transfering into water using my glowing IC pad blue light or all three lights. You can transfer individual glasses or water or make a larger remedy and stir the water while you are doing the transfer. I have prepared this as a saline dropper remedy as well to put in my water when traveling. Enjoy!!
