Ian Fong, yes, you can apply Imprint ICs directly to the body (to the sternum for this one), especially if you use GlowPad 3.ย

Hello, I am a beginner. If I want to work on two problems, can I create a complex with ICs for both problems or should I work on both separately at different times of the day? Thanks

Hi Anita, you can certainly create a complex with ICs for both problems if youโ€™re looking to address multiple issues simultaneously. Combining ICs into one complex can be effective and convenient, especially if the problems are related or if you're seeking a synergistic effect. We recommend using same imprint IC or complex at least 3 times a day.
