For some reason my Voice Scan is not working. It was working fine and I was using it for myself for practice and it just stopped working. It says "Scan" and flashes but does not pick up my voice. My volume is all the way up and I have not changed anything or done anything different.

Holly, you have to disconnect from the GlowPad to use the Voice Scan feature. Your voice is going to the GlowPad which is why it’s flashing. Try scan feature with being connected to the GlowPad, then you can connect and run recommended IC or Complex.

How does remote healing work? I read I need to be added to some group? Where is it?

thank you for giving me access to remote healing mode, Anton. I am on premium membership, but not on practitioner's one yet... As you suggested I change my avatar to a person I want to run a healing on, but then if I want to change to another one, do I need to change an avatar again? So, I understand that I can only run one at a time, if I am not on practitioner's account. Right?

Anastasia Nikolaeva, you are right, to run remote treatment for different person, you need to change avatar as name, but first need to finish once previous remote treatments finished otherwise they will be running for a new person you change avatar to.

I just tested it and it works fine for me using a cable. Check the cable is pushed in all the way. OR are you using Bluetooth? If so, your GP isn't "Paired" with the Bluetooth of your PC or Tablet. Be more specific about how you are using the Glo Pad,
