Dr. Akemi Borjas, DOM ~ Thank you for this! Should this be used with a binder? If so, is there an IC binder that you recommend?ย 

Also, what protocol/how often should a person use this? Once they are complete that protocol, should they do a stronger detox program?ย

Sherahย hi! i'm a fan of activated charcoal and cilantro, myself. this is designed to be of daily use to support body's ongoing biotransformation pathways - it works on organic, inorganic and EMF toxicity, specifically affecting the blood. if you have known or suspected toxicity in a particular organ system, you can get an IC that focuses on that area (say, spinal fluid, fat cells, an organ, etc).ย

my general recommendation with ICs is to work towards 5 out of 7 days, so you and your body both get a little break.

Ida Flores you may use it 2 rounds at a time (30 minute run time) for up to 2x daily, so a total of 60 minutes. i recommend an evening run time minimum to support the body's natural biotransformation that happens while sleeping. use the red light mode in PM.ย

Dr. Akemi Borjas, DOMย  - thank you for this PEMF, which was just recommended to me.ย  Since I have a cough and a little mucus as well, can I combine this with another PEMF you'd recommend?ย  Im willing too, to join your glow pad mastery group if there's something there that you'd recommend for my current state? thank you!

PS - I assume I can use this with schumann, and whatever else you might recommend to add?   I just listened to your webinar - and see that unlike what I'd understood (red for PEMF) you're saying that red and blue combined can be helpful during the day - wow, new info! :-)

Ida Floresย yes it is, and i'm finding a 2:1 ratio for remote vs with glow pad, so i recommend running it 2x as 'one' dose
