I wonder if this should be avoided late afternoon early eve in case of too much alertness affecting sleep ?

LindaM, yes, it is generally advisable to avoid taking stimulating ICs late in the day to prevent potential interference with sleep.ย

How many days should I do this for? The protocols I know of require 2 cycles of 10 days on 20 days off.

Johnny Can, follow the two 10-day IC cycles with 20-day breaks as planned. After each cycle, check how you're feeling or review any test results. If needed, you can switch from Parasite Buster to Parasite Attacker.
