Chris Kidawskiย Whenever you have a free hour, I would say. Shouldn't distrub sleep, but you might need to drink it for a bit before it takes effect.

An interesting thing about all the "weight loss" PEMF is how calming they are. It makes sense, since chronic stress is implicated in weight gain, but it is surprising to see that it is more of a "chicken" then egg problem.
