The result of my voice test today was for lymphatics. Would it be suitable to add this to a gut complex I'm creating (after listening to the great Happy Belly webinar) or should it be taken separately?

hi Lou - is your complex a PEMF or for Imprints? this looks like a lovely imprint to add to a complex, and yes it's fine to work with this while doing gut work.

Pain, fatigue, brain fog, and mood shifts don’t show up accordingly on a lab report, yet they’re the earliest and most honest data we can capture. When symptoms are dismissed because numbers look ‘normal’, true healing gets delayed.

The body always speaks first. The question is whether we’re willing to listen.
