Hello my charging slot on my glow pad 3 isnโ€™t charging. Can you suggest otherways to get around this? I have changed cables etc.

Georgina Le Bivic, start by checking the charging slot for any dirt or bent pins and gently clean it if needed. Try using a different USB power source, such as another adapter or a computer port, since some chargers may not be compatible. ย If none of this helps, contact support@infopathy.com with your Glow Padโ€™s details, as we can often repair or replace faulty units at a low cost. ย
