Arnica Montana 30CH : for pain, swelling, and bruising -
Trauma : for healing and inflammation after surgery
How to use:
- Imprint into water (glass bottle, below 30ยฐC/86ยฐF).
- Drink 3 times daily, at least 50 ml (2 oz) each time.
- If using
Trauma , place the PEMF device near the cheek/jaw (not directly on stitches).

Is it possible to add the placement of ic pad in the description to all your pemf, i feel this would make your life easier

The word PEMF is indicative of placement of pad whether applied on body or next to body. Hope this helps.
