Hi Connie, you need to apply IC Pad at the bottom of the back of the head (base of the skull).

Anton SF same, it does not work. Doesn't light up. I tried others, and they do work. My IC pad is fully charged as well.ย

Anton SF yes, it is, I try others and they're completely fine. It seems to be this one specifically. It used to work before.ย
