Hi Ecorreia, ICs that have source "spectronosodes" are made from the actual disorders or pathogenic organisms, and then the signal is inverted, so the signal cancels the effect from those disorders or bad organisms. You can imprint water, hold it in your mouth for 10-20 seconds and then swallow - same as with other Imprint ICs.

Hi Ecorreia, this is the PEMF IC and the best way of using it is to apply it directly to the target area (gums and jaw).
