Where should the IC pad be placed for a headache? Can hair be in place of clothing? Can the IC pad be placed directly on the forehead?

Hi Margherita, yes, you can place IC Pad directly on forehead and even directly on skin. If you are using Glowing IC Pad be careful not direct lights into eyes, as lights are bright.

The joint of my finger started to hurt pretty bad out of nothing, after running this for 3 times the pain is almost gone, just a memory of it is left, will run it another 3 times later. Love it! ๐ Thank you so much for creating this.
