Hi Andrea, we recommend taking the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2 oz) of water each time.

No, you can not overdose on ICs, only on the water itself if you drink too much, like a gallon (3-4 liters) a day :)

When I'm nervous or scared, I always have a "sluggish" feeling in my stomach area. After this audio, it is noticeably reduced. Not gone but much easier to endure.
