I executed an purchase order on 27 Jul 2021 Order #3260. The item is still not shipped out? I send a email to support@ashnu.com on 29 Jul 2021, I am very surprise there is no reply. Can Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko get someone to answer my question on when the IC will be shipped out? thanks

Hi Ee Chiang Wee, thank you for your order and sorry for the delay with a reply! We shipped yesterday your order with Express to a warehouse in your country. It should arrive there on August 2. After processing it will be shipped to your address. Once shipped from a local warehouse you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!
