Hiya Anton, what are the dosage of the ICs? are they the RDA?

Hiya Paul, currently, it is unclear what would be the formula of the dosage and whether this applies to ICs. So far we had reports that when transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger. Also drinking prepared water more often increases the effect. We suggest at least 3 times a day for the same IC or Complex.

How often should this frequency be listened to?

Hi Ben, this is a complex where all Solfeggio frequencies are collected. For the best results with a single Solfeggio IC, listen to it at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 15 minutes for 4-6 weeks.

Why would their be safety concerns with using Estradiol? I didn't think this could cause side effects since it's just imprinting the frequency and not using the actual chemical compound
