Hi Carina, please try using this IC on another phone or laptop and see if it sounds the same. Please adjust the volume to a comfortable level when using Audible ICs with headphones.

Hi! I have the following issue: the IC pad does not flash for a certain IC complex that I have created and used daily in the past, since a few days ago it stopped flashing. Hi Cristina, please make sure the audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or laptop after you started the transfer. If that does not help, please send us a link to your complex here support@infopathy.com we will check if there is an issue. Thank you!
