How often can this be imprinted into water and drank in 24 hours.

Hi Alisha, we recommend using the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml (2 oz) of water each time.

Hi , I’m e looking at holographic stickers are there any types that are better than others … there are so many !

Hi Beverley, you can use any holographic stickers. But some of them may not have a good glue - can give you a rush if applied directly on the skin. It would be better first to put bain-aid on the skin and sticker on top if it.
