My Bluetooth can no longer find the Glowpad. I've already reinstalled the app. Any ideas? I don't think the Bluetooth indicator light on the Glowpad is on either (blue dot?).

I am working with several clients now and I am unsure about the pricing.
I have, among others, two clients who have severe health conditions with alcoholism and mental illnes, where I work every day, multiple times a day, and also have contact with the clients. There are also others clients that I have less work with and barely any contact.
