  2. Install the TestFlight app, which enables you to install the beta version of the Infopathy app. If you asked for the code, please use this one: y9KKvTDz

I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

ย Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show โ€œJoinโ€/โ€œInstallโ€ directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

I have to use a new smartphone, nothing has changed in my data or email, but I can no longer download the app because I am not authorized for it.
Can you please help me?

Something changed and I can no longer log in via iOS mobile app. I log in normally, with no error messages, and then when I try to browse to an IC, I get the same "Please login" prompt.

Currently we still working on loging fix on iOS. Android was fixed, but also need to delete cache to make it work offline. We hope to fix iOS soon.

Hi, after the recent app update, I'm having even more issues than previously. I'm still unable to make Daniel's songs available offline (it always hangs and then crashes when I try to do that), but the other issue now is that there used to be a "History" button on the bottom that I'd use often, and it's been replaced with a "More..." button, but the "More..." button doesn't actually work... Thank you Anton. This is what I have been attempting to do. However the three dots to the right from "available offline" just keep blinking. I tried this with several ICs, the last one is human growth hormone production, audible. Is there an IC that you would like me to test?

Elena Spar, ah, yes, there was issue with one app leasese. Please see instructions here on how to reinstall the app: https://www.infopathy.com/en/communities?cls=c&comm_id=11609&id=5&post_id=11606ย 
after that is done downloading should work.ย

Anton SF just went through the steps, still offline doesn't work.ย 
Also, every time I minimize the screen there app looses my IC and resets itself to all ICs screen.ย

Elena Spar, for android phone it is important to clean cache and data, just reinstalling app is not helping for some reason. When you long-click the Infopathy app icon you should see "settings" options. or there is the video on how to clear cache (also you will see there how to clear data/storage): https://youtu.be/i-mImFx38Fc?si=zpldctJrr9EMurLn&t=50

Anton SF thank you. I went through the steps and offline is working, but still not for human growth hormone production ic. The dots just keep spinning and then the app shuts down. Looks like a bug to me :)

Elena Spar, I am glad you were able to reinstall and it works.ย  human growth hormone production IC and some other audible are large files, we are currently working on a solution to make it possible to download without the app crashing.ย

Hi Alexander, currently there issue for downloading all ICs. We are working on that. Regarding More button, you should see a small menu at the bottom to come up with Available offline and History menus. We need to fix the background color for that menu because it is not very visible I agree. If you don't see the menu, please try clicking More again.
