Hi, I have downloaded Test FLight but when I try to enter the code it won't let me type in the box - with the y or 9, if I enter K it lets me.  The link shared in the post above goes to a general TestFLight information page. Is there a specific Infopathy redeem link that we need please?

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Offline mode

Good morning,
I have had the app for almost a year on Android, Huawei 20 pro.
Now when I open it, at the very top it says in red "offline mode" and I only have the ICs I've already downloaded.
It tells me that my device is not connected.
It doesn't take my password and I can't enter "forgot password".
In fact, everything seems blocked.

Hello! Just to confirm, is your phone connected to the internet? Sometimes the internet connection fluctuates, and this may cause the app to go into offline mode. The app doesn't allow logging out and logging back in when it's in offline mode, but you can still play downloaded ICs.

If you are connected to the internet, can you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? There was a previous app... See more

ย Hi, the Infopathy app did an update yesterday morning, and ever since the update, I've been unable to run any infoceuticals on the app. It keeps telling me to log in, and when I put in my username and password, it tells me "Seems like your device has no connection." Hello everyone,
Two things: yesterday I had the profile updated to the first therapist level + this morning I updated the test application on the phone.
Although the glowing pad is recognized by the phone's Bluetooth, the application does not transfer any data.
Phone: Android - Samsung Note 10
