ย Hi Anton (and anyone else who has advice!),
I am getting surgery on my breasts this week (not implants). There will be tissue removed, scarring and I will be fully under anesthesia.ย 
I am looking for advice on what I can safely use to speed my healing, reduce scarring and reduce pain without the need of medications.ย

Good evening take anti inflammatory, anti pain, zinc for the essentials. Then the rest will be extra.
