Ah, thanks,  I saw this and also that DHA is a separate IC, hence thinking it might be good to have EPA as IC too. Still getting my head around how to make combinations.

I have both the Glowing Pad 2 and the latest version, Glowing Pad 3. Do both of them have to be placed over clothes or can they be placed directly on skin?ย  Iโ€™ve read people do it both ways, but I want to ensure that placing directly on skin isnโ€™t harmful.ย  Thank you!ย  /

Valerie Sayer , ย both methods are safe and effective when using the Glow Pad 2 or 3. Direct skin contact may offer slightly stronger signal absorption, while using it over clothes can be more comfortable for those sensitive to the light or warmth.
