It should be possible to use the IC pad during cardio on the bike, right? Is it best to place on your stomach? Which IC could I use to support this? Best regards

Patrick Ruhm, sorry I forgot to reply about placement. Those complexes can also be applied directly to the body to the sternum or stomach during cardio.
