Hi Ashley. I just went through this with my 14 year old Shorkie, Ella. Thanks to Anton and his recommendations, she is doing great. Anton recommended Ease which is a PEMF applied to ACL and I also did Acute Ligament. I imprinted her water with BPC-157 and TB-500 Peptide Blend. I did the PEMF-Ease 2-3 times a day. I also limited her walking and no jumping up on furniture.

My IC pad lights are not working. Tried everything to get it to work properly
Is there updates I need to do and where do you find them if so?

Kris Nelson, when device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.

If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:

Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your phone or laptop.

I had some trouble as well, then discovered that the volume on my computer or phone needed to be between 80 and 90 percent for the lights to work properly. Also be sure the bluetooth connection is "connected"; sometimes I find the device, "not connected".
