Hi Elie, this IC hasn't been working since the last update. The glow pad no longer flashes; I just see the frequencies moving on the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it's still the same. I have the same problem with Complexe Polyarthrite and Harmonie Electro. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Mine is doing the same thing. The frequencies are just identical horizontal  lines going quickly and the glow pad doesn't flash. I have checked the settings and the volume limits and it is still not working. I did the last update and it all stopped working. How can we get help?

It worked for me. Cell phones often limit volume when headphones are connected. Anything plugged into the audio output will cause this. Check settings to disable the volume limits. Good luck

It has been working perfectly for the past two months and then I was asked to renew membership, which I did and now nothing is working on my Glowing Ic Pad. When I try to start transfer is shuts down the App and no lights on the pad. ICPad

Christine Hinson, does the same issue occur when you use Infopathy through a web browser, such as Chrome? If you still have problem with the app, please delete it for now and use the website meanwhile. ย
