My Ic pad no longer connects via Bluetooth. I have followed your recommendation to restart etc, I have done this with my phone and tablet and it will not connect. I can connect with the audio cable, but I really like the freedom of the Bluetooth. Thank you. The device is fairly new.

2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).

Kate, we removed the functionality of switching off Bluetooth completely in the last batches, as it was causing issues - users were accidentally disabling the Bluetooth. Currently, you can not completely disable Bluetooth, so the device can be detected by the phone or computer, but if Bluetooth is not used to transmit the data there is no EMF emitted, and even if Bluetooth is used for data, it emits... Molly, I have copied a recommendation I have often found in Anton's responses and also made in the inductions videos

Start with https://www.infopathy.com/en/infoceuticals/trauma to address any underlying trauma.
Follow with https://www.infopathy.com/en/infoceuticals/whole-body-and-spine-chiropractic-pemf to provide comprehensive spinal support.
Potentially use https://www.infopathy.com/en/infoceuticals/acute-traumatic-disc-pemf to specifically target acute spinal pain or potential issue.

I have found Daniel Knebel's functiona music very affective as an adjunct to treatments.
