I attached the Hummer to the back of my head and blast this into my brain while reading and I get really focused after about 15 minutes. Try it with some music you like!

Excellent. I imprint the lotion as instructed. Immediate improvements. I can tell when I need to update my lotion imprint bc the hot flashes return. I'm just entering this phase of life, wasn't happy with the shifts, and this has helped tremendously.

I haven't tried the other similar complexes bc this one has worked quite well for me but I chose this one in particular due to the estradiol detox... See more
