After just one use of the Ic Hummer, the cough has almost completely disappeared. I'm using it a second time to fully resolve it.

Dear Anton:
Thank you for all you have done for all of us.  I have been able to use my glowing pad with few issues.  Two days ago it started to shut off a few min. like it was uncharged after 1-2 min.   This is despite being plugged in for charging.   Is there a way for me to see if this is a battery problem or am I doing something wrong?   Any help will be very appreciated.

Brian Knight D. O., thanks for the kind words - and letโ€™s get your Glowing IC Pad sorted. A sudden shut-off after 1โ€“2 minutes is usually a transfer/audio issue rather than a bad battery, but hereโ€™s how to tell and fix it:

1) Fully charge and check indicators
