I'm a Reiki practitioner, mainly distance. I've been noticing the past few months how much more sensitive I have been to energy, especially other people's negative energy. I've been doing what I know to protect myself and get rid of it pretty effectively, but not quite all of it. I just tried this IC, two cycles and wow!! Just prior to starting it, I was drained and tired. After the first cycle I noticed feeling balanced. I had slight tingling. After the second cycle, I felt an elevation of my energy and a natural 'high' feeling. It felt great, I'm definitely using this one before Reiki sessions and whenever I feel called to!
