Bowel motility/peristalsis (and vagal/enteric support)
Bowel motility/peristalsis (and vagal/enteric support)
Veins/pelvic venous congestion (heaviness, varicosities, venous return):
Microcirculation/general circulation (capillary tone, โtired/heavy legsโ):
Optional adjuncts (use if needed, not mandatory):
Connective tissue support (vein wall matrix, fascia tone)
Practical protocol to start
- Make three small daily complexes (or imprint separately if you prefer): one for Bowel, one for Veins, one for Microcirculation. Keep each mix to โค6 imprint ICs total if you later combine items, to maintain signal clarity .
- Frequency and dose: imprint and drink at least 3 times per day, 50 mL (2 oz) each time. Use roomโtemp water below 30ยฐC (86ยฐF), best in glass; shake before imprinting (no need to shake before drinking).
- Duration: trial for 4โ6 weeks, reassess symptoms (pelvic heaviness, ankle edema by dayโs end, bowel frequency/consistency, leg pain scores).
- Onโbody options: you can apply the Audible โVaricose Veinsโ IC directly with your device over the pelvis or along symptomatic segments during the day as time allows .
Why these picks for your clientโs picture
- If an elongated sigmoid plus chronic constipation is elevating intraโabdominal pressure, reducing stool load and improving motility (Constipation Poconeol Complex, Ficus carica) may lessen pelvic venous compression and reflux downstream.
- Venous Circulation Support and VenoFlow Enhancer directly target venous tone/return and classic varicose symptoms, which fits postโsurgical persistence and pelvicโfed pathways .
- Vaccinium myrtillus and Hydrocotyle asiatica offer microvascular and venousโinsufficiency support complementary to the above, useful when scans suggest proximal feeding with distal congestion .

Not an official response, but if this is for Dr. Akemi's collection, I do know one way to find it. If you are in Glow Pad Mastery, or possibly any community response from her, you can click on her name near her avatar and see her collections for purchase that way.

I've had a look at ICs for these issues and wondered what you think of these ICs:

There are many, many more I found that could help too, but I would love some recommendations to help me narrow it down a bit! I was thinking of a complex for the bowel issues, a complex for the veins, and one for circulation to start with. Then maybe use the audibles above during the day when she has time.
Appreciate any suggestions!
Many thanks,
Kate.
