Carla do you have a narrow palette? if so, you may need to address the structure of the jaw/mouth as well.

Carla, we recommend the following to support the neural control of breathing and sleep regulation:

Hypothalamus Tuner - PEMF intended to support hypothalamic/autonomic regulation. Place the pad on the head/side of head, 1 time a day, before bed.

Spinal Cord PEMF - Can be placed directly along the spine (or sternum for general support), 1–2 times daily. This may indirectly support respiratory drive pathways to the diaphragm.

Hello, I have been using 1" round holographic stickers for a couple of years now, ordered online. Super cheap and very effective but they must be holographic in order to hold the frequency/information of the IC s or PEMF. I am a bit sensitive to the adhesive around the chest and abdomen but I simply don't place a patch in the same spot and treat any sesitivity (red area) with coconut oil.

Is it not possible to switch from ICs to Body in the app? Is this only possible on the website?

Sabine, at the moment, switching between “ICs” and “Body” is a website feature. The mobile app is still in beta, but All at once is about same as Imprint water mode and One by one is similar to Apply to body mode.
