New Member here! This is my first time doing a IC transfer!!! I followed the directions for the 30 day dropper bottle with the saline water. This is for hubby, who never seems to have a good nights sleep. I'm thinking 10 days in 2 oz of water about 4 hours before bed and 1/2 an hour before bed another 10 drops in 2 oz of water?
