I have noticed that my device has some issues with staying connected to my phone. Sometimes it will keep cutting out. I don't know if I just have not properly charged it or what else could be the problem. Does anyone else have this issue???

Christine Sullivan, , it seems intermittent disconnects. It’s usually not a bad battery but the phone pausing audio or another Bluetooth device stealing the connection, which makes the device auto‑power off after about 10 minutes of inactivity.

Try this quick checklist:
