Hi, my Glo pad 3 is just making noises when I try to do imprints, tried everything, re booting lap top, charging Glo pad, switching it on and waiting a few minutes and switching it back on, nothing helps

I always plug in my Pathy after I've opened the desired program. I use the included cable. My laptop then asks me to "Connect headphones." I press OK. Then it works silently when I press Imprint.
