Belén Lozano, use this about 3 times a day as a good starting point, especially for plantar fasciitis—morning, after activity, and before bed. If your heel pain is more intense, it’s also fine to use it up to 4–6 times daily, such as after long periods of standing or walking.

Persillon , we recommend removing sticker before taking shower, as hot running water may remove the imprint.

?? For Mitral Valve Insufficiency, regurgitagion. There is only one MV complex I find and it is imprint. Can you recommend a complex? Can I use glass for Imprint? I dont have plastic bottles. thank you.
