I had a moderate amount of plaque show up on an ultrasound of my caratoid artery last March. My doctor wanted me to repeat the scan last month to see whether I may need to go on a cholesterol lowering drug (I have have high ldl for years but other numbers good). I tried this IC for about 4 months before the new ultrasound (about 20 oz. a day - being consistent ). My scan went from moderate (15-35%) to minimal (0-15%! I have been also doing cholesterol related water (my cholesterol lowered 30 points and my triglycerides were cut in half (160 to 78). I am certainly going to continue with this regimen!
