Anyone have good programs to run for ostomyโ€™s? Specifically, illeostomies. 

How about recovery from ostomy surgeries? Thanks

LL, the most practical approach is to work in pillars: (1) hydration/electrolytes, (2) intestinal lining & digestion, (3) microbiome balance, and (4) post-surgical tissue recovery/comfort.
