I dont have trouble sleeping, or at least i thought i didnt. I would notice tho that sometimes if i ate too late or had chocolate after 6pm i would be restless in bed. Ich habe keine Schlafprobleme, zumindest dachte ich das. Mir ist aber aufgefallen, dass ich manchmal unruhig im Bett liege, wenn ich zu spät esse oder nach 18 Uhr Schokolade esse.
