Hello Anton, about two weeks ago I recommended Infopathy to a friend. He's using the IC Glowing Pad. He's been dealing with fibromyalgia for a long time and reports pain throughout his body. Hi. I am having trouble with my ic glow pad not working. Volume is up, Bluetooth is commit, but the blue lights aren’t working. I would love some help. Thank you

Hi Geoff, when device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.
