my 2nd period with no symptoms, usually I am in a lot of pain for a couple of days, I have clumsiness, night sweats and disturbed sleep, weakness and tiredness. My periods have come and gone like when I was in my 20's. I imprint on stickers and wear on my stomach.

I have used frequency generators in the past but they were definitely impractical to use and more expensive. For now I have taken IC pad to experiment. I think, given the first results, that soon I will also take the glowing.
