Hello, anyone know a good complex for chronic muscle guarding ? My body is stuck in flight or fight mode and I need my back muscles to let go and release, along with my Psoas.

I have been using this one in a complex for fibroids, however since taking it (and some cell salt ICs) my skin tags have halved in size and the small ones have gone completely! I feel as this IC has had something to do with it. So pleased with this, and my period this cycle has been the best it has been in years! Thank you so much!
