Hi Tom, I would suggest placing IC Hummer on a sternum.

How can I best use that when I have IC Hummer. Can I put the IC Hummer on the head during the hearing?

Hi Ewald, you can use this IC with headphones, speakers, or IC Hummer. You can place IC Hummer on the head. Set audio volume to zero and then slowly increase to a comfortable level.
