The IC pad no longer lights up as brightly as it did initially. I accidentally pressed the on/off button during a treatment, and since then the red/blue light stays on constantly, it switches itself off, or, in the case of an imprint, it stays lit even after the program has finished. How can I adjust it back to the correct settings?

Hirsch Anja, is the button stick clickable or it stuck?

When device is on and you click on the button, you select light mode - light will flash for 1 second and will turn off, just to show what light mode is selected. During transfer those lights should be working.
If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:
  1. Please make sure audio volume is set... See more

Hello, this question is directed to the Infopathy team. It concerns the approximate battery life of the Glowing IC Pad. I purchased the pad last February and have been using it daily ever since. I regularly treat two bottles of water and supplement this with various PEMF applications. Is it possible to make at least a rough estimate of how much longer the pad's battery might last? I look forward... See more

Ralf Vejvoda , on a full charge, the Glowing IC Pad typically runs about 5 hours, though PEMF applications draw more power and may shorten that time. You can safely use it while itโ€™s plugged in, and thereโ€™s no on-screen battery gaugeโ€”only a red pulse every ~5 seconds when the battery falls below ~10% . Battery usually last for about 500 charging cycles.ย

Anton SF Hello Anton, thank you very much for your quick reply. Is it possible to replace the battery after approximately 500 charging cycles?

Ralf Vejvoda , unfortunately there is no easy way to do so.. possible but would damage casing. We are making battery replacement easy in the next versions of the GlowPad 4, that we should have in about 6 months.ย
Alternatively to battery replacement in GlowPad 3, you could connect it to a small power bank.ย
