Where should the glow pad be placed?  Options?

Kelly A, you can apply it directly on eyes. If using Glowing IC Pad, please cover the lights with a fabric. You can also place IC Pad on the pillow, put some fabric on top of the IC Pad, lay down and place side of the head on the IC Pad.

Can you drink this IC? Or should you just rinse your mouth with it (e.g. if you have gum disease)?

Isabelle Nagel, you can drink it, but before swallowing, keep water in the mouth for 10 seconds.

Shilpesh, it is for drinking, but you can additionally use it as eye drops or washing face and eyes.
