I could not find enough generic information about phenolic acids used in homeopathy. Could you please help me to understand it's primary use? Do you mean that this is meant to help to people who are sensitive/exposed/poisoned by phenol derivatives commonly present in household items etc?

Hi Veronika, yes, this IC is for phenolic Desensitization - for those who are sensitive to phenols or have allergies because of phenols.

Does the color of the glass bottle matter or affect the imprinting process and information transfer?

Hi Elizabeth, you can use any color glass, but it should be transparent or translucent. If the glass is black and not transparent at all and you use Glowing IC Pad, you need to add an extra repeat when imprinting.
