Health & Hapiness how often have you run it? and was there diarrhea before? it is rare, but possibly yeast and bacteria die-off could cause it in some. hydration is key, make a good hydration beverage like is recommended in my webinars. also i recommend you run my circulation and drainage/detox complex if you have it. if not let me know and will send the link.
