ย Sherry Marshall , there is usually nothing wrong with your Glow Pad. The Glow Pad lights are controlled by the audio signal, not by a built-in timer. If any audio is still coming from your device (phone/laptop) after the 2-minute IC finishes, the lights will stay on. I seen this on some Windows laptops, this is normal.ย

i am imprinting water, the lights do not go off. Is this defective? Is there a way to correct this? The first IC Glow pad I owned The lights always went off after the transfer was complete. Help. Thank you.
