Quick update regarding player for complexes. For the mode "one-by-one" or "apply to body" now it will display total duration, not the duration of currently played IC. Also for the best experience, please switch to new player https://www.infopathy.com/new_player (it will be default player soon).

It only charges occasionally, I used to know when the red light would come on but if it comes on it just cuts off, and blinks on and off. I can't understand what the problem is? It also sometimes has issues connecting to the iPad or bluetooth. It's very frustrating because I absolutely love my GlowPad; it is an amazing device. I can actually feel the difference when I work on pain, sleep or whatever else. It was purchased July 8, 2025, so it's not old. Who should I talk to?
Tina, let’s quickly isolate whether it’s the cable/charger or the GlowPad.
Do these quick checks:
Charge check: Fully charge it for ~2 hours using a different USB charger and cable; on GlowPad 3 the charge indicator should glow pink/red. If the light blinks or cuts out, try another charger/USB port (even a computer’s USB) to rule out the power source .
Cable test: While using the audio cable, set... 查看更多

Cable test: While using the audio cable, set volume to maximum after you start a transfer; slowly wiggle the cable near the connector—if the light flickers, the 3.5 mm aux cable may be faulty. Swap in a known-good 3.5 mm “aux” cable to confirm .
“Pad vs cable” test: Start a transfer with the cable disconnected—if you hear the transfer sound from your phone/tablet, the signal isn’t reaching the GlowPad (cable/adapter issue).
iPad/adapter check: Some adapters only drive headphones reliably; if you’re using Lightning/USB‑C, use an Apple/MFi‑certified audio adapter and try: plug adapter into iPad, start transfer, set volume to max, then insert the IC Pad cable; restarting the iPad can also help .
Bluetooth tips: If using GlowPad 3 via Bluetooth, re-pair it and restart the browser/app if the signal seems “weak”;
