I found it impossible to sleep l was so hyped up. My legs twitched and l lost half a kilogram in one night. I had very aggressive breast cancer treatment two years ago. When l tried picamilon l had the same reaction. I am trying gaba substances because l have a none stop monologue in my head. I felt great on both substance but the lack of sleep is not possible. I take letrozole too.
Hi Georgina, thank you for sharing your experience! You can try stop drinking water about 2 hours before bed, also if 2 litters is too much for you, you can drink less (if usually you drink less than 2 litters of regular water).
Anton SF Hi Anton, at what dosage was the Naltrexone recorded at? A low dose at 4.5mg of Naltrexone (LDN) is considered to be anti-cancer. This is compared with the usual dosage of Naltrexone for opioid addiction which is 50mg to 100mg a day. Ono of the side effects is inability to sleep.

S Akhtar, thank you for your comment! Dosage for ICs works differently. Spectrum recorded from any amount of the same substance will be the same. Increasing transfer time creates a stronger imprint, that can correspond to a higher dosage, but there is no exact conversation formula, as it also depends on some body characteristics. Georgina, maybe you can try imprinting for only 1 time.
